Article 18 1.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 18 2.
Save for Articles 4 and 6, it shall apply from 23 May 2003.
Article 18 3.
Articles 2 and 10 shall apply until 30 June 2011.
