Article 11a 4.

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 23 to supplement this Regulation with the rules for the monitoring and reporting of the aggregated emissions data at company level and the submission of the aggregated emissions data at company level to the administering authority responsible.
