Article 127a 1.
|
Member States shall ensure that the pre-merger certificate is shared with the authorities referred to in Article 128(1) through the system of interconnection of registers. Member States shall also ensure that the pre-merger certificate is available through the system of interconnection of registers.

Article 127a 2.
|
Access to the pre-merger certificate shall be free of charge for the authorities referred to in Article 128(1) and for the registers.
