Article 9 2.

An EPOC shall contain the information listed in Article 5(5), points (a) to (h), including sufficient information to allow the addressee to identify and contact the issuing authority and the enforcing authority, if necessary.

Where a notification to the enforcing authority is required pursuant to Article 8, the EPOC transmitted to that authority shall contain the information listed in Article 5(5), points (a) to (j).
