The pre-employment declaration of interest referred to in Article 4a(7) of Directive 2013/36/EU to be submitted by prospective members of staff and members of the competent authority’s governance body should at least include information on the prospective members’ holdings set out in Article 4a(7) of Directive 2013/36/EU, issued by or referenced to the institutions supervised by the competent authority, and the direct and indirect parent undertakings, subsidiaries or affiliates of those institutions, which the concerned member currently holds. Holdings specified in Article 4a(3), points (a)(i) and (ii) of Directive 2013/36/EU need not be declared.
