Article 34 1.

A Member State which sights the non-Contracting Party vessel or denies it port access, landing or transhipment under Articles 32 and 33 shall attempt to inform the vessel that it is presumed to be undermining the objective of the Convention and that this information will be transmitted to all Contracting Parties, to CCAMLR, and to the flag State of the vessel.
