Article 5 4.

In order to comply with the requirements set out in paragraphs 1 to 3 of this Article, Member States shall take measures to enable all their competent authorities to access and process regulatory information made available by the economic operators concerned in accordance with Article 4. Those measures shall comply with delegated and implementing acts referred to in Articles 7 and 8.
