Член 67 Защитни мерки за споразумения за обезпечение
Органът за преструктуриране гарантира, че прилагането на инструмент за преструктуриране не води до някоя от следните ситуации по отношение на споразуменията за обезпечение между ЦК в режим на преструктуриране и други страни по тези споразумения:
