Член 1 Предмет

the circumstances and conditions under which the payment of extraordinary ex-post contributions may be partially or entirely deferred pursuant to Article 104(3) of Directive 2014/59/EU;

the criteria for the determination of the activities, services and operations referred to in point (35) of Article 2(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU;

the criteria for the determination of the business lines and associated services referred to in point (36) of Article 2(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU.

Тези разпоредби се прилагат от органа за преструктуриране, определен от държавата членка в съответствие с член 3 от Директива 2014/59/ЕС.
