Informování

1.  Správní komise připraví informace potřebné k seznámení dotyčných subjektů s jejich právy a administrativními náležitostmi, které musí pro uplatnění těchto práv splnit. Šíření těchto informací je zajišťováno pokud možno elektronickou cestou prostřednictvím zveřejnění na internetových stránkách přístupných veřejnosti. Správní komise zajistí jejich pravidelnou aktualizaci a zaměří se na kvalitu služeb poskytovaných zákazníkům.

2.  Poradní výbor uvedený v článku 75 základního nařízení může vydávat stanoviska a doporučení v zájmu zkvalitnění informací a jejich šíření.

3.  Příslušné orgány zajistí, aby jejich instituce byly informovány a aby uplatňovaly veškeré právní a jiné předpisy Společenství, včetně rozhodnutí správní komise, v oblastech a za podmínek stanovených základním nařízením a prováděcím nařízením.

Article 89 1.
The Administrative Commission shall prepare the information needed to ensure that the parties concerned are aware of their rights and the administrative formalities required in order to assert them. This information shall, where possible, be disseminated electronically via publication online on sites accessible to the public. The Administrative Commission shall ensure that the information is regularly updated and monitor the quality of services provided to customers.
Article 89 2.
The Advisory Committee referred to in Article 75 of the basic Regulation may issue opinions and recommendations on improving the information and its dissemination.
Article 89 3.
The competent authorities shall ensure that their institutions are aware of and apply all the Community provisions, legislative or otherwise, including the decisions of the Administrative Commission, in the areas covered by and within the terms of the basic Regulation and the implementing Regulation.
