Where competent authorities are required to make amendments to the initial AML/CFT supervisory plan, such as changing from off-site to on-site supervision or from thematic reviews to full scope inspections, to adapt to the new circumstance or to tackle the emerging ML/TF risks, they should have appropriate internal governance arrangements in place when processing such changes to the supervisory plan.
