Article 325i 4.

An institution shall use, consistently over time, only the approach set out in paragraph 1 or the approach set out in paragraph 2 for all the instruments that reference a listed equity or credit index that meets the conditions set out in paragraph 3. An institution shall require prior permission from the competent authority before switching from one approach to another.
