Article 473a 7a.

By way of derogation from point (b) of paragraph 7 of this Article, when recalculating the requirements laid down in this Regulation and in Directive 2013/36/EU, institutions may assign a risk weight of 100 % to the amount ABSA referred to in point (a) of the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of this Article. For the purposes of calculating the total exposure measure referred to in Article 429(4) of this Regulation, institutions shall add the amounts ABSA and ABIRB referred to in points (a) and (b) of the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of this Article to the total exposure measure.
