Vloga teh smernic

Te smernice so izdane v skladu s členom 16 Uredbe (EU) št. 1093/2010 o ustanovitvi Evropskega nadzornega organa (Evropski bančni organ), Uredbo (EU) št. 1094/2010 o ustanovitvi Evropskega nadzornega organa (Evropski organ za zavarovanja in poklicne pokojnine) in Uredbo (EU) št. 1095/2010 o ustanovitvi Evropskega nadzornega organa (Evropski organ za vrednostne papirje in trge) (v nadaljnjem besedilu: uredbe o evropskih nadzornih organih)1 .

Evropski nadzorni organi te smernice izdajajo na podlagi člena 32(7) Uredbe (EU) 2022/2554 (v nadaljnjem besedilu: uredba DORA)2 , v skladu s katerim evropski nadzorni organi izdajo smernice o sodelovanju med njimi in pristojnimi organi, ki zajemajo:

  • • podrobne postopke in pogoje za dodeljevanje in izvajanje nalog med pristojnimi organi in evropskimi nadzornimi organi ter
  • • podrobnosti o izmenjavi informacij, ki jih pristojni organi potrebujejo za zagotovitev nadaljnjega ukrepanja na podlagi priporočil, naslovljenih na tretje ponudnike storitev IKT za finančne subjekte, ki so opredeljeni kot ključni.
