Article 93a 3.
The competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State shall verify whether the notification submitted by the UCITS in accordance with paragraph 2 is complete. The competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State shall, no later than 15 working days from the receipt of a complete notification, transmit that notification to the competent authorities of the Member State identified in the notification referred to in paragraph 2, and to ESMA. Upon transmission of the notification pursuant to the first subparagraph, the competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State shall promptly notify the UCITS of that transmission.
