The cloud service provider instructs its personnel on the code of ethics and the information security policy, as well as the policies, procedures and instructions based on it, before access is granted to any cloud service customer data, cloud service derived data, cloud service provider data and account data or system components under the responsibility of the cloud service provider used to provide the cloud service in the production environment.
