Article 9 6.
Credit institutions shall assess whether the conditions specified in Article 400(3) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, as well as the relevant Annex of this Regulation applicable to the specific exposure, are fulfilled. The ECB may verify this assessment at any time and request credit institutions to submit the documentation referred to in the relevant Annex for this purpose.
