Άρθρο 1 Αντικείμενο
Ο παρών κανονισμός καθορίζει τις ακόλουθες διαδικασίες λήψης κοινών αποφάσεων σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 113 της οδηγίας 2013/36/ΕΕ:
