Repeal

The EBA Guidelines on the remuneration benchmarking exercise (EBA/GL/2014/08)² are repealed with effect from 31 December 2022.

² The numbers of staff should be expressed as full-time equivalents (FTEs) and be based on year-end numbers of staff in accordance with their individual working time arrangements.

References in other guidelines to the Guidelines repealed by paragraph 13 shall be construed as reference to these Guidelines.
