Competent authorities should collect and submit to the EBA gender pay gap data on an individual basis from investment firms from which these competent authorities collect remuneration data, i.e. the investment firms responsible for the consolidation of data under Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 or the individual investment firms included in the sample for remuneration benchmarking that are subject to Articles 30 and 32 of Directive (EU) 2019/2034.
