Date of application

These Guidelines apply from 3 July 2024. The addressees may apply these Guidelines instead of EBA/GL/2015/10 already at an earlier date of their own choosing, after the date of publication on the EBA’s website of the Guidelines in all EU official languages (date of issuance of the Guidelines).
