Article 35 11.
In order to enhance a coherent and consistent application of paragraphs 6 and 7, EIOPA shall issue guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 to further specify the methods to be used when determining the market shares referred to in the third subparagraph of paragraphs 6 and 7.
