Article 22 Rights on the basis of the authorisation for the purpose of seasonal work

During the period of validity of the authorisation referred to in Article 12, the holder shall enjoy at least the following rights:

Article 22 (a)	the right to enter and stay in the territory of the Member State that issued the authorisation;
Article 22 (b)	free access to the entire territory of the Member State that issued the authorisation in accordance with national law;
Article 22 (c)	the right to exercise the concrete employment activity authorised under the authorisation in accordance with national law.
