Article 44 1.The competent authority of the home Member State designated pursuant to Article 31 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 shall supervise the following:
(a)
issuers of European Green Bonds as regards compliance with their obligations under Title II, Chapter 2, and Articles 18 and 19;
(b)
issuers that use the common templates provided for in Article 21 as regards compliance with those templates. 1. Overview
