Article 9 2.

Member States shall inform ESMA and the Commission of any general difficulties which UCITS encounter in marketing their units in any third country.

The Commission shall examine such difficulties as quickly as possible in order to find an appropriate solution. ESMA shall assist it in discharging that task.
