HR-02.03B
The cloud service provider ensures that a non-disclosure provision is included in the terms for all internal and external personnel. The non-disclosure provision covers any information, including anonymised and decontextualised information, that the personnel obtains or generates as part of the cloud service.
These agreements are prescribed in more detail in HR-06.
