Article 47 1.Without prejudice to the decisions of the Supervisory Body under Article 49, the transmission system operator shall have:
(a)
effective decision-making rights, independent from the vertically integrated undertaking, with respect to assets necessary to operate, maintain or develop the transmission system; and
(b)
the power to raise money on the capital market in particular through borrowing and capital increase. 1. Resumen
