When a relevant entity with a score of less than the threshold chosen pursuant to paragraph 9 is designated as an O-SII, relevant authorities should publish, for each bank, a brief statement with the following motivation:

• (a) which optional indicator(s) are used to inform the designation as O-SII;
• (b) why this indicator is relevant in the Member State;
• (c) why the bank is systemically important in terms of the particular indicator(s).
