Article 4 Average specific CO2emissions of a manufacturerArticle 4 Average specific CO2 emissions of a manufacturer Starting from 1 July 2020, and in each subsequent reporting period, the Commission shall determine for each manufacturer the average specific CO 2emissions in g/tkm for the preceding reporting period, by taking the following into account:
(a)
the data reported for the manufacturer’s new heavy-duty vehicles registered in the preceding reporting period;
(b)
the zero- and low-emission factor determined in accordance with Article 5; and
(c)
in the reporting periods of the years 2030 to 2034, new zero-emission vocational vehicles falling within the scope of point 1.1.1 of Annex I. The average specific CO2 emissions shall be determined in accordance with point 2.7 of Annex I. 1. Ülevaade
