Article 14 1

1.   The PRB shall be composed of seven members, including its chair. Members of the PRB shall be Union nationals or nationals of third countries with which the Union has concluded an agreement under which those countries apply the relevant rules of Union law in the field of air traffic management and the performance and charging schemes. The non-renewable term of office of PRB members shall be 5 years.
