15. In order to ensure the uniform implementation of and compliance with the provisions referred to in paragraph 14 of this Article, the Commission shall, with a view to achieving the objectives set out in Article 1, adopt implementing acts, laying down detailed rules regarding the Network Management Board in particular for:

(a)

the composition of the Network Management Board;
|

(b)
|
the functioning and responsibilities of the Network Management Board as defined in paragraph 14;
|
|
(c)
|
the network governance mechanisms.
|
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 48(3).
