Article 27 9.
Manufacturers shall make publicly available communication channels such as a telephone number, electronic address or dedicated section of their website, taking into account the accessibility needs of persons with disabilities, in order to allow customers to submit complaints or concerns regarding the potential non-conformity of products. Manufacturers shall keep a register of complaints and concerns as long as it is necessary for the purposes of this Regulation, but no longer than five years after they have been submitted and make the register available at the request of a market surveillance authority.
