Article 124 1.
In order to carry out its supervisory responsibilities under Article 117, EBA may conduct all necessary on-site inspections at any business premises of the issuers of significant asset-referenced tokens and issuers of significant e-money tokens. The college referred to in Article 119 shall be informed without undue delay of any findings that might be relevant for the execution of its tasks.
