Article 10 3.
Information relating to a package transaction shall be made available in respect of each component as close to real time as technically possible, having regard to the need to allocate prices to particular financial instruments, and shall include a flag to identify that the component belongs to a package. Where a component of the package transaction is eligible for deferred publication pursuant to Article 11 or 11a, information on the component shall be made available after the period of deferral for the transaction has lapsed.
