When identifying thresholds for the indicators related to prudential requirements, as stipulated in Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, competent authorities should consider both minimum and additional requirements, i.e. minimum own funds requirements as specified in Article 92 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and additional own funds requirements applied pursuant to Article 104(1)(a) of Directive 2013/36/EU without taking into account any buffer requirements set out in Chapter 4 of Title VII of Directive 2013/36/EU; or minimum liquidity requirements as specified in Part Six of Regulation (EU) 575/2013 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2015/61⁴ , as well as additional liquidity requirements applied pursuant to Article 105 of Directive 2013/36/EU.
