These guidelines apply in relation to the support provided to securitisations by sponsor institutions and originator institutions beyond their contractual obligations as further specified in paragraph 10, in accordance with Article 248 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and the conditions set out therein. The guidelines are without prejudice to the on-going assessment of significant risk transfer during the life of the securitisation.
