Competent authorities should apply these Guidelines in accordance with the levels of application of ICAAP and ILAAP set out in Articles 108 and 109 of Directive 2013/36/EU, considering the level of application of SREP as specified in Article 110 of Directive 2013/36/EU and recognising waivers applied pursuant to Articles 7, 8, 10 and 15 of Regulation (EU) 575/2013 and Article 21 of Directive 2013/36/EU.
