Institutions should make qualitative assessments of second-round or feedback effects of stress at the individual level, where appropriate and in particular if no robust quantitative estimates can be established. For instance, an individual institution might create some price or volume adjustments to take into account some strategic effects (e.g. the level of lending strategy) and respond endogenously to the scenario.
