For the purposes of these guidelines, institutions should ensure, in accordance with the EBA Guidelines on Internal Governance, that: WITH REGARD TO ‘TRI-PARTY REPURCHASE TRANSACTIONS’ AS SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 403(3) CRR

  • a) the use of the alternative treatment is adequately documented in its policies and procedures; and
