To prepare the draft mapping and transmit it to the relevant competent authorities for their input, the coordinator should engage in dialogue with the regulated entity under its supervisory remit which is the head of the financial conglomerate; where the financial conglomerate is not headed by a regulated entity, the coordinator should, in addition to the head of the conglomerate, also engage in dialogue with the regulated entity under its supervisory remit referred to in Article 10 (2) (b) of Directive 2002/87/EC.
