Article 1 2.
This Regulation applies to cross-border payments, in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2015/2366, which are denominated in euro or in the national currencies of the Member States which have notified their decision to extend the application of this Regulation to their national currency, in accordance with Article 13 of this Regulation. Notwithstanding the first subparagraph of this paragraph, Articles 4 and 5 apply to national and cross-border payments that are denominated in euro or in a national currency of a Member State other than the euro and that involve a currency conversion service.
