Article 31 4.The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 50 to supplement this Regulation by specifying:
(a)
post-trade risk reduction services for the purposes of paragraph 1;
(b)
the transactions to be recorded pursuant to paragraph 3. 1. Pregled
