Article 11 (q)
establish a cyber crisis management plan with a view to supporting, at an operational level, the coordinated management of major incidents affecting Union entities and to contributing to the regular exchange of relevant information, in particular with regard to the impacts and severity of, and the possible ways of mitigating the effects of, major incidents;
