TITLE IX FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Panoramica

Titolo	Regolamentazione
Article 96 Review	By 12 February 2024, ESMA shall assess the staffing and resources needs arising from the assumption of its powers and duties in accordance with this Regulation and submit a report to the European Parliament, to the Council and to the Commission.
Article 97 Entry into force	This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
