Article 25f 1.
ESMA may by simple request or by decision require recognised CCPs and related third parties to whom those CCPs have outsourced operational functions or activities to provide all necessary information to enable ESMA to monitor those CCPs’ provision of clearing services and activities in the Union and to carry out its duties under this Regulation. The information referred to in the first subparagraph and requested by simple request may be of a periodic or one-off nature.
