Article 58 8.
In order to ensure consistent harmonisation in relation to this Section, EIOPA may develop draft regulatory technical standards to establish an exhaustive list of information, referred to in Article 59(4), to be included by proposed acquirers in their notification, without prejudice to Article 58(2). In order to ensure consistent harmonisation in relation to this Section and to take account of future developments, EIOPA shall, subject to Article 301b, develop draft regulatory technical standards to specify the adjustments of the criteria set out in Article 59(1). Power is delegated to the Commission to adopt the regulatory technical standards referred to in the first and second subparagraphs in accordance with Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010.
