Article 12 ReviewArticle 12 Review By 1 July 2018 and every five years thereafter, the Commission shall submit a report on the application of this Regulation to the European Parliament and the Council. The report shall evaluate, inter alia:
(a)
the quality of data on national and regional accounts;
(b)
the effectiveness of this Regulation and the monitoring process applied to the ESA 2010; and
(c)
the progress on contingent liabilities data and on the availability of ESA 2010 data. 1. Panoramica
