Article 28 3.By way of derogation from Article 23(1), the disclosure referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article shall:
(a)
be made on a durable medium; and
(b)
include sufficient detail, taking into account the nature of the customer, to enable that customer to take an informed decision with respect to the insurance distribution activities in the context of which the conflict of interest arises. 1. Panoramica
