Article 24a 9.The chair shall convene a meeting of the college at least annually or upon the request of a member of the college. In order to facilitate the performance of the tasks assigned to the college pursuant to paragraph 8, members of the college may add points to the agenda of a meeting. The chair may invite additional participants to the discussions of the college on an ad hoc basis on specific topics. The members of a college other than its chair may decide not to participate in a meeting of the college. 1. Panoramica
