2. Until 1 April 2027, the condition set out in paragraph 1, point (c), shall not apply to providers that:

(a)
|
were using a specific technology before 31 July 2026 for the purposes set out in paragraph 1, point (a)(i), without having completed a prior consultation procedure in respect of that technology;

(b)
|
start a prior consultation procedure before 1 September 2026; and
|
|
(c)
|
duly cooperate with the competent supervisory authority in connection with the prior consultation procedure referred to in point (b).
